Can I enroll in ASU for college if I attended a charter school in high school?

I’m currently attending a charter school and am on schedule to graduate early senior year (october of ‘09). I scored a 27 on the ACT and got a 30 on the separate essay section. However my school does not assign a GPA or class rank. Will I still be able attend a college like Arizona State or University of Arizona?
