Should I become a Veterinary Technician or News Anchor?

I definitely want to do one of them but I’m having a hard time deciding. I have to choose my courses for grade 11 and they’re completely different subjects so i need to start planning now. I’m just wondering peoples opinion and also how i can get into this type of work, education, pay etc.
