currently im taking classes for aosma but i’d like to take it 2 harvard and go to be a surgean what do i do?

I am currently attending career college of northern nevada for my associates in medical assisting.I plan on going to med school, the specialty that I prefer is to be a surgeon. I’d love to go to Harvard or UCLA or somthing like that how would i go about that what do I need to do to get those opportunities to be granted for me?
