If you could change anything about the developmental disability system, or special education what would it be? What is the worst aspect of the DD system? What tools do you need that you dont have?

What is the main goal of having special education in the classroom? Is there any professional journal you can tell me about that would have an article about special education? Why do we need special education?

The Charter School I work at uses funds inappropriately. They cover up illegally give out wrong information about TAKS testing to teachers and blame it all on special education.
